It has been two years since you designed my beautiful web site (www.hollyhockbb.com). As you know, I was very skeptical of my need since I was satisfied with the business I had. However, in reviewing year-end records, I have to admit that my business has increased by one-third, and the web site has more than paid for itself.

My bed and breakfast is located in a very competitive tourist area and, even though I am a member of our local tourist bureau, having such an attractive web site convinces tourists that my place should be their first priority.

I receive many compliments on my web site, and my guests tell me that the site truly depicts my home and vow to return the following year. The greatest compliment I ever received was from a guest who said, "Your web site is perfect— don't change a thing— the pictures are perfect, and it is not too long."

So thank you once more for a perfect web site. I am indebted to your thoroughness and technical skill.
